From clean eating.

No processed foods, no unnatural shit, just fruits, vegetables, protein. Not sure about carbs but she probably ate some bread now and then.

I lost weight really quickly and didnt lose any strength when I switched to a meat only diet. Problem is u need carbs to bulk so I couldnt do it for long. But eventually Im going to go back to that diet and just stay shredded. Definitely great for long term. 

This is legit tho, to lose weight u dont need to think about calories, u need to think about chemicals (usually, unless ur giga obese). If u just start eating real food, and avoid all the processed stuff, u can lose fat really quick. Also sugar gets rid of that sub-abdominal fat which is giga damaging to ur health long term.
