you can eat more then 3 ounces of liver but not much more then 6 since you will get possilbe copper zinc imbalances vitamin a imbalances with bone nutrients as well....

once u reach 3-6 ounces its better to focus on other organs and they sometimes taste better like heart

people are pretty low on copper zinc due to high exposure to materials that inhibit its absorption like phthalates and xenoestrogens

3 is good for surviving but 6-7 ideal for maxxing our ur liver.

and yeah heart is a very good organ, very tasty too. brain as well. brain tastes like eggs.
3-4 ounces weekly for someoen eating 2000 calories is about in proportion to the livers size and total animal size

if someone just started they cane at 6+ ounces for a few weeks, but not long term, im gonan eat half a pound of chicken liver soon since i havent been eating liver really 


intresting you say brain tastes like eggs since those are the two highest cholesterol foods out there, its also the two foods in general that are on land that is gonna have long chain omega 3s like dha

Yeah brain definitely is mogger af in terms of nutrition, you instantly feel good as soon as you eat it, way faster than when u consume eggs. 

you surely can fit in an extra 200-300 calories for some healthy liver, it’s not gonna harm you in any bad way
