Even if you're good-looking, there'll never be anything unconditional because well, the condition for someone to even care about you has already been met, so with that premise you already know the care is not actually genuine.

With a girl, what goes on in her life (on an emotional level) takes precedence over yours. And if there's ever an "awww what's going on I really wanna help you 🥺" you can't help but ask yourself what elicited that type of reaction, what are they trying to gain etc.

Also let's just step outside of the whole irl thing, and not even talk about romantic relationships, let's talk about someone caring that you existed in the online space, take just Lookism for example. If you ever made a name for yourself to the point where people would regularly come to you of their own volition with the intention of getting to know more about you and your story, speak to you outside the forum, etc. Actually, that's how I met someone off Lookism for the first time. (And then met several others). Wasn't there something more real, more tangible, more visceral about interpersonal relations prior to 2020?

Now you can't even make a splash anymore. Nothing you can say or do will warrant genuine interest and care.

Just make money, live in isolation, and cope.
