[Black Pill]
if u genuinely eat 250g-300g of animal protein everyday

u will be legit super healthy

and i mean 250g of animal protein, not 250g of food which has some animal protein

250-300g of animal protein will keep your organs healthy, your blood flow very good, and most important have good testosterone:estrogen levels depending on ur sex.

it is the ideal human consumption of food

it is very hard to consume such amount of protein as u need to eat a lot and a lot of food, but it pays off. it is ideal. the modern day lifestyle make u feel full with fast empty calories from mega processed foods but eating whole foods with high protein makes you feel very good.

this, good 9hrs of sleep, and staying in the sun for at least 30 mins for 21 days straight will make u a completely different person.

im doing it and i feel good as ive ever been

The body can absorb only 35g protein every 6 hours so eating 120g everyday is enough

rabbit starvation ur body will just convert  it to glucos and its stress

They suggested an upper limit of 25% or 2-2.5 g/kg, "corresponding to 176 g protein per day for an 80 kg individual", but stated that humans can theoretically use much larger amounts than this for energy.[10] For arctic hunter-gatherers, the amount can seasonally increase to 45%.[11] Protein intakes above 35% of energy needs have also been shown to decrease testosterone and increase cortisol levels.[12] This is thought to be part of the body's attempt to upregulate the urea cycle, and increase nitrogen excretion.[12]

Ok if they decrease T levels, explain how animals take eat amount of protein are high t (disregarding humans cuz most humans who consume that level of protein are on steroids)

Also what kind of Testosterone levels are we talking about here?
What if the cortisol is in cortisonone form (precursor to Test in fact).
And what % of this stress comes from eating protein and not modern day lifestyle?

250g-300g of protein is 1000-1200 kcal, you have only 500 kcal left for carbs and fats  Huh

u dont use that much protein so u have to convert it to glucose(for energy) which is stressfull cus unnesscary process

eskimos eat high protein cus thats all they can eat and have adapted to converting it to glcuose

cats also do this but they are more adpted to it

this is obviously bullshit, but even if it weren't, how would one get so much protein. You'd have to eat one whole chicken every day. Just lol at wasting your money on "dietmaxxing" biggest scam in the universe.
