Does nofap increase your confidence, reduce your anxiety, make you more attractive to females etc, or is it just a myth?

Im only on day 9 and i can say 100% sure it does all of it. Social anxiety is all but gone, I wanna talk to others, I make eye contact with out thinking and because you are so sure of yourself... females generally gravitate towards you.
