But this time im talking it slow. My target is 1.25kg loss/week, but minimum goal is 1kg loss/week. Lets see how this goes, I’ve lost 3kgs so fr mostly water weight

ideal results, must of worked out a lot I bet

I started weight cut in September and according to losertown I'd be 12 kg lighter by now (I restrict heavily and exercise) but so far I've only managed to lose 7 kg. 

And the last 1-2kg I've been putting on and off for the last month, it's pure horseshit, my metabolism has been nuked and I probably have lower T than mvp. 

My mood also fluctuates from depressed to suicidal and I break diet or not work out lately, it's a pain.

I was tracking my weight initially at my blog projfalan.xyz but gave up, it's all so hopeless.

this is great stuff bucko. 4-5kgs in 1 month (discounting water weight loss) is legit world class tier ideal weight loss

what did u do apart from cutting calories?

I have some bullshit smartwatch that tracks activity levels, I aim at 300kcal/day

steps are excluded because they are counted at moderate activity daily losertownformula

and yes, I agree 4-5kg of fat is probably insane progress, but I feel like it's mostly water and muscle mass when you cut this much, idk

once you get lean, you should never let yourself get fat again, lol. It ain't worth doing this shit all over.
