My father really wants the best for me, wanted to be closer when I lived with him(but didn't know how), found me a job, etc

He's divorced and getting into the age of retirement and he's prone to depression

yet I have 0 regard for him even though I know how much it hurts him I am behaving this way. He found out I'm close by and wants me to meet him so I had to lie to him that my flight is today. There's no hate for him but there's no love either. I am starting to think most people are like this but they have their shit together and do things they think are supposed to make you mature

my father had stroke

he is paralyzed, probably for life because it's been almost 3 months and no progress

my family is suffering both financially and physically/emotionally because of this

I'm not really affected, but I feel bad because they feel bad

I can't do anything about it, it sucks
