For one reason or another bitches love below 15% bodyfat. I will subject myself to fasting , cutting out the simple carbs except honey and will start to snort speed more often. I would suggest for you younger incels to start, there is less and less time.

I track my weight on this website https://projfalan.xyz/

I started a 1200 kcal diet in mid-September (I was dieting prior to that but with fewer calories cut) 

From what I've noticed, the lower my weight gets, it's getting much harder to let go of weight. 

I had hopes I'd reach 70 kg by November but now I think it's gonna take me 1 more month. 

My goal weight is ~67kg/somewhere around 12% bodyfat.

its important to track because otherwise you are gonna have cheat days and say "it's no problem" and cheat days are gonna stack up and you will be gaining weight instead of losing. You need to be as militant as possible when it comes to doing routine things (diet, exercise, studying etc) no cheat days, no slack, full focused and following the regime.

i used the calculator from that other site you linked (losertown, lol) and it seems to give way too good results

It's not the most accurate tool, but it paints a picture for you.

On myproana users said it's also not on track with their weight loss.

I think it's because when you nuke your cal intake your metabolism slows down, and it doesn't take that into account.

yeah. i put very conservative values into it (so it's not that i put "250 calories per day" or "hard workout 5 days per week") and i still get a great weight by late january or so

i know from experience (and its logical anyway) that, when you are extremely fat (i'm 179/98, for example), the first 10-15 kg are pretty easy to lose, but then it gets very demanding and you usually need rigorous exercise and 0 slacking with nutrition
