When you are over 200 IQ, it takes a long time for you to sexually mature. By the time that you are sexually mature, your reproductive abilities are often limited by biological ageing. 

An individual like myself (262 IQ), for example, will likely remain as a child (or, sexually immature) until I am at least 70 years old. This will mean that I will remain a virgin until death. 

Things like flies sexually mature in a matter of hours. Mice sexually mature in a matter of weeks. Low IQ humans can take 12-15 years. Elephants require 14-17. Normal humans 15-20. Geniuses take 45-200 years.

It's not about puberty. I hit puberty at 9, for example. The concept I am teaching is that the development of sexual-psychological impulses will be slower in the mind of the genius, and will therefore reach a place of dominance in the psyche of the genius at a much later stage, compared to in the mind of a rat or low-IQ human.
