fried some smash burgers today with bacon, onions, burger sauce, lettuce and seasoned with thyme, parsley, salt and pepper.

was very tasty

You get so full so quickly you'd have to watch your diet just to over-eat. But I am trying to speedrun so no processed carbs etc.

i think it does but only after a year and if the person doesn’t do much high impact exercise + alllows their muscles to waste but im not sure
