sleeping pills ruin my life

I don't get this, they were supposed to help me fix my sleeping schedule, instead they make me feel extremely lethargic and depressed.

Why do those alzheimer inducers still exist when we got melatonin pills?

they are too weak for most people having this type of sleep issue - neets/shut-ins who wake up at 2 PM, do nothing remotely mentally or physically exhausting all day, and then expect to fall asleep within 15 minutes from closing their eyes.

also, they do exactly what a sleeping pill is supposed to do, while hypnotics are "frauding" their way into working by inducing other pleasant feelings, so people i described, who are also always weak-willed and cheap dopamine chasing, end up preferring them.

i mean i m talking in third person, but it's obviously that i m saying this because i ve been there until i used my giga iq brain to fix the problem and started drinking

regarding alzheimer and dementia, i m absolutely and utterly FUCKED due to the amount of benzos and hypnotics i ve taken over the years. i'm probably gonna start experiencing symptoms of those in early 40s. reminder it's strongly recommended to use ambien daily for more than 2 weeks, and i ve been on it for 12 years now. jfl.

i started doing cardio at 150bpm for over an hour to even feel remotely tired but that doesn’t even help anymore

Even when neeting it is important to wake up early like 6-8 am, bad sleep schedule does something to the brain. Only solution is making it worse each day by sleeping couple hours later until you come to the right schedule.

I occasionally do all nighters to fix it but I have no discipline, after a few days I go back to scrolling till 5am. Waking up late fucks you up so much, circadian rhythm n stuff.
