the easier one for the start. minor chores, cleaning my room (as cliche as it is, your room will likely look like a huge toilet after a period of just drinking until passing out), making some appointments

it will fix me, i cant stand this idle existence anymore

"rotting sessions" stopped being novel and associated with positive feelings for me years ago

if i just did SOMETHING for the next 8 hours, even if as trivial as cleaning my laptop, i bet i would feel a million times less frustrated and empty than i do after sobering up

There are a number of good ways to get one's life on track.

One is a good nighttime routine. OK The day sucked but now you get to (wash hands, face etc) try again by going to bed.

And then a morning routine, which I am currently doing
