good thread btw, i fully agree, but wanna add if u have a juicer, freshly made apple juice mogs everything, plus makes a great base for smoothies, my protip is a strawberry smoothie with frozen berries using a mix of apple and orange juice as da base, literally the most heavenly and refreshing thing u will ever drink.
