i should have cut my dogs balls off

this black obese dog that always charges up on ym dog was here so i pointed at him and said NO and he listened behaved

then my homo dog started whining for the other dog and that dog started going berserk and barking and the owner had to call it off

what was the use of keeping his balls if he is going to behave like this 

other dogs r like "FUCK U FUCK U" and my dog is like "OMG HAIIII PLAY WITH ME PLEASEEEEE PLEASSEEEE"

idk if this is a good trait or just aspie behavior or what
