I thought you were about to juice? Too scared of needle or what? 

I cycled for 19 weeks but lost everything after quitting. I find it easier now to put on weight tho, maybe it aged my metabolism or something idk

this is why i m so reluctant about gymcelling. what's the fucking point if you dont intend to do it forever

That's the size from roiding. Natural built muscle is harder to lose and easier to gain back if you ever lose

When it comes to lifting, you either have it or you don't. doing cardio is fine if you hate lifting. Do whatever you want just don't be fully sedentary. It contributes to life quality

I don't think it would have made much of a difference to my life 

I would've struggled to stick with the workouts anyways
