It's more than the rent. Namely my late grandma's apartment in New Belgrade is worth about $200,000 and is being let out for 600 euros/month to some Russians.

Since I only own 50% of that property, that's 300 euros a month for quite a respectable apartment.

So now me making 115 euros in 1/4 of a month, actually exceeds the yield from the aforementioned 100,000 worth of capital.
