Indeed time goes by very fast though, although it seems you can dispose of more of it if sleep schedule is fixed. How's your sleep schedule tho?

Mine too, I can't seem to cun (be able to) go to sleep early, I find it so difficult. I feel the need to search things on the internet before going, and this makes me wake up quite late. But still I don't know if even if I woke up earlier I'd cun (be able to) do much anyway.

What time do you go to sleep? What things can you do amid a day?

it always changes  Ugh sometimes i go to sleep at 5am, sometimes at 10pm, sometimes at 4pm and i never sleep more than 5 hourse.
my rhythm is completely fucked

I feel you, mine always changes too, although I don't normally go to sleep further than 3am. Yesterday I did though. I find it very hard to regularize my sleep schedule, I hope I can go today at 12am at least. Try to sleep more than 5 hours as that's just very few hours and could hurt your body.

yeah it was the first time i felt sleep affecting me physically
