Why doesn't my pet specialize in divorce and family law?

Sounds like ideal access to young mom's. They've exited their 'toxic relationship' and now want to have a hoe phase and have it confirmed that they're still desireable to men.

It was more of a troll suggestion, but there is no way there aren't divorce lawyers, who get into the practice with that kind of Intention.

The lower class clients will perceive it as high class and sleep with you.

Bottom tier ones, because it's basic and repetitive

How hard is it to switch between specializations?

Could you practically do anything to an extent?

no such thing as specializations once you pass the bar. obviously, most lawyers will focus on 1 or more branches of law, but formally they/we are all the same. you do have the option to get a certificate as a specialist for a certain branch, but that's as meaningful and impressive as ELSA membership during your studies

criminal law is nowhere as fun as they make it to be on television. for the most part, it's about how good you are with the prosecutor whose case it is, because it's easier to settle then (and the judges love it because it gets them a lot of stat points)

for me, the more complicated (both legally and factually), the more entertaining, obviously, so it's those shitshow litigations, whether civil or commercial
