also da alcohol is bad unless u regulate it and use it to relax instead of how u did it in the past, as self-abuse, which destabilizes ur persona and makes u weird and dangerous (out of control, aka normie).

i drink half a bottle of red wine occasionally, it's healthier than white wine and just the right amount to get a reliable relaxation session out of it.
drinking red wine is super common in upper class circles where u claim to be from so i don't know why u can't be classy abt ur alcohol consumption instead of being a pig.
i also recommend u drink around noon, so it doesn't interfere with ur sleep.
also, u cud try nicotine pouches, to cut down on da alcohol and give urself a more productive high than alcohol's buzz which makes u sluggish.
