I am treated well in ward. I am not terrorized on daily basis by shitty family members. I have good social connections. I am 2nd in male dominance hierarchy. 1st is some guy in his 30’s. I am youngest guy in ward. I respect 1st guy he also respects me and he is good personality for myself. Sort of like older brother. The scariest patients are the middle aged women. If someone is going to cause a problem for me it has to be middle aged woman. One of them seems a little bit hostile so i try to be as characterless as i can when interacting with her. No small talk just saying hi. I finally feel more relaxed after being alone in room. I feel less stress than i did for over decade.I am still stressed but it’s slowly getting less. It feela like the medication is starting to function in my brain. My thoughts are less terrorizing.

How do you know where you are in the male dominance hierarchy? Its not something thats very noticeable

I had 0 therapy sessions in over 2 weeks so far. its gonna take months and months and months

what do they think of your jb folder (I suppose ur online activity is monitored if u have a good reason to be in a ward)
