It's not the type of nightmare, where you are chased by a monster or tortured. In fact, I would almost prefer nightmares like this to whst I have now, which is constant dreaming of past events.

never had that before so i cant really say. but when i did dream i got scenarios of death like falling off a cliff into a waterfall.

I don't know what the nightmares of an adult typically are. But, I guess being in environment, that you fear and don't want to be in is a sort of nightmare.

isn't "good dream" an oxymoron? because it makes you sad, disappointed or pissed off as fuck when you wake up and realize you were just dreaming and you are back to your shitty, boring reality

I never had that. A good dream is like positive manifestation. If you live among cockroaches, but dream of wealth, you probably wake up happier than dreaming of cockroaches while living in wealth. Because the subconscious is powerful.

I would go as far as saying: Quality of dreams = quality of life. What you dream about at night is an excellent mental health indicator and how you wake up defines your day.
