Can't workout consistently 
No friends 

etc. 

Gonna get concerta and a basic lifemaxx stack going to alleviate this. Insane how important le brain molecules are for success

I'm gifted actually ( high 130s ), just AuDHD and never learning to study from being gifted at a young age holding me back, also things in general are too easy for me so I always feel bored and disengaged.

it's such a meme, I've been on concerta and on ritalin, they both don't work for my attention span, but I can at least attest that something was going on when I was taking ritalin like my appetite was reduced and I felt more relaxed. Concerta is dirtpill.
