The incompetence of the admin

He is barely here, gives mod status to absolute retards and the half of the time I can't access the site. When it finally works properly, it's like a miracle. You shouldn't make enemies with the powerful ones, but we need to bully Admin into fixing things. If he doesn't want to run this forum himself, he needs to give the privileges to competent people.

My internet works fine for other sites. When I open this one, it either takes forever to load or doesn't load at all.
