Horrible decision. It is of the uttermost importance to read. I don't know how old you are, but you should absolutely read, even if you feel like you can't concentrate. Just read about a topic you are interested in, written in a style that you like.

If a book is boring, read something else. You don't need to start by reading "the classics".
