Weird skin lesion that's visible from afar
#1
For the further away pic, I got my phone for like 160$, the camera doesn't pick up on too much detail so it looks more noticeable irl

However, it's better IRL when it comes to the close up shots

I thought it was this at first too but the texture of my skin doesn't feel smooth and I don't have or am at risk for any of the causes AFAIK

Texture is rough and scale-like

thats weird and you have small ish fore arms

it looks like dirt, but i understand why you would think it was something  biological because you are brown

trying warm water and soap could get rid of it

if that doesn't work then try 6g of aspirin a day split into two, with 8g baking soda 2x 4g

It's not grime, I did try to wash it off with soap and a cloth and it wouldn't budge. It doesn't itch or flake or anything

Also reason I think it's a lesion is because I've never had such a thing anywhere else on my body until this lesion which came around late 2023 + it's only on my left arm

you need alcohol, hot water and smth that can cause friction, like your nails... to remove that
i think thats pretty normal its just smth to do with keratinocytes going haywire, so a benign dermatose...
