Training methods to build pain tolerance

hold breath while walking, try to hold longer and longer

take freezing cold shower without complaining or moving out of cold water

turn the water to hottest possible and use it to wash hands or just let it run over hands

turn on gas burner stove if u have one, or stove and place hands inside, let the heat 

punch hard objects, kick the swingset pole

I do all these things and it works I never feel fatigue or pain now

and I got new PR today 93kg ohp seated but I can press 100kg ohp if use legs

so train hard as fuck always, and train everything while listening to good music, then eat a lot of food after, sleep 12 hrs. do semen retention. pray for destruction of earth
