Sleep 16 hour a day for rapid ascension and total healing mode but in the 8 hours you are awake you must ascend hard as fuck. u must lift weights, go for run, learn, make some good foods, any chores u have to do. everything good and not bad

give or take the 16 hour mark. so u go hard as fuck for 8 hours, then sleep 16 but this can be adjusted. this minimizes negative actions throughout the day and will heal u and ascend u fast as fuck. dont do this for long periods of time, just 3-4 months maximum (usually during winter for Hibernation)

for example Total Starve theory = eat less than 1000 calories a day combined with Fulcrum Sleep Ascension theory u can lose 100lbs+ in just 4 months if ur some fat fuck, and if ur not u can still ascend hard as fuck in just 4 months
