tastes better if you get it real fresh(has a pleasant, mild sweetness) and eat it raw with a nice fat source like butter

it smelt horrible raw too. i got it from butcher. only cooked it for like a minute each side

might have been a little old. It shouldn’t have a real strong smell. Liver degrades really fast due to the enzymes in it
