the richer the more greedy

jeff bezos was once forced to donate, and gave only half a mill

The claim that Jeff Bezos was "forced" to donate only half a million is inaccurate, but he did donate $500,000 to Worldreader in 2013. He has faced criticism for a perceived lack of large-scale philanthropy compared to other billionaires, though his contributions have increased significantly in recent years, including a $10 billion pledge for the Bezos Earth Fund.
The $500,000 donation: In January 2013, Bezos gave $500,000 to the nonprofit Worldreader, which provides e-books to children in developing countries. There is no indication he was "forced" to make this specific donation.
Criticism of giving: Bezos has been criticized for his relatively lower level of giving compared to other billionaires. For example, in January 2019, a report stated his total giving was a "pitiful amount" relative to his net worth, though this predated his larger commitments.

Yeah because I believe 1 of the functions of money is "Pedagogical influence on other participants in the economy."

If someone's asking price is $1,000,000 and it should be $10, then you shouldn't pay him the $1,000,000 based on you being a trillionaire.
