last week, i walked past some lower rank secretary or something in my firm and completely ignored her. not willingly or because i felt like flexing (those clowns legit think senior partners dont have anything more substantial on their mind, lmao; holy 110 iq brainlet projection), i was just in my thoughts, and greeting everyone at work every single time is retarded and autistic anyway.
then, a couple of days later, the stupid roastie gave me an attitude-loaded "good morning, my pet" when i walked past the space she was sitting in (i literally didnt fucking see her). meaning she made a big deal out of this and cried about it to everyone in that sector of the building.
to make it worse, i know they are all about that "senior partner X treats us great, like we are equals" vs "that senior partner is so arrogant and unlikeable, he barely even says hi" thing. not to blame them, their jobs are so pathetic, and their lives so empty that it's the peak of their day to exchange a courteous "good morning" with someone relevant when walking past them.
now, i have to interact with people from that room at least 5 times per week, so i m gonna have to take a stance on this. so far, in these couple of days, i ve been playing dumb, but i just know that it's been the most relevant event in that roastie's life, meaning she'll be butthurt whenever it comes to anything related to me, and there is 0 reason for me to tolerate it
obviously, it's not that my position is threatened by this, and others of my rank have had similar problems, but she's out of credit with that cringe behavior, so i just know i'll tell her something the next time she tries to prolong this forced tension. apologizing or any kind of apologetic behavior from my side is off the table for multiple obvious reasons (with the first one being that i didnt fucking do it to flex, but that i barely register her existence; of course, saying this would make it worse and offend 20 other roasties and cucks doing the same job)
wtf
if she catches me in the wrong state of mind, i ll just tell her to pack her things and fuck off, with mandatory comments about her education, intelligence and skillset level, and that's gonna make me look bad in the eyes of every other employee in the firm
cant believe i m thinking about this all week, but it's probably because i m showing 0 arrogance of that type at work, so i dont want that rep of mine to get ruined without me doing anything wrong, and because of someone who is literally less important than the firm's photocopiers. normally, i wouldnt care and i d just assume others will be able to tell it was her imagining things because she is an insecure little wagie on pretty much minimum wage, but how i (and a couple other senior partners) treat them in those banal situations is the peak of their boring lives
