are you actively weightlifting. if not , focusing on protein intake while ur cutting is redundant. stick to filling complex carbohydrates like oats and shit. not too much fat. u will get enough protein from a normal diet while cutting. removing alchohol is enough to put in a sub maintenance range assuming u drink beer. it will also start up natural protein synthesis. it will be easy tbh set your heart ablaze my fat nigga
