sleep procrastination is a brutal cycle
hate my fucking job -> stay up as late as possible to "delay" the time until I have to go back (since sleep is effectively 0 time) -> go to work tired as fuck -> hate my job even more -> stay up even later
i can catch up a little bit on the weekends but i definitely have chronic fatigue for most of my waking hours
this is definitely gonna kill me in the long run, but what can you do

yesterday i reflected on how grateful i am to have overcame my sleep avoidance addiction. looking back, youd have to be a fkn idiot to stay up past 1am (and that's really stretching it)
but it's a vicious cycle, where the sleepier you are, the more inclined you are to make stupid decisions.
