not possible for you under your circumstances - you would need to play the long con. doctors don't prescribe narcotics for depression, they give you ssri's; you would need to literally break your spine for even codeine

He means physical pain. But yeah, even then doctors will not prescribe him opioids. Only way for him to get opioids is buy on the streets or darknet. 

Fentanyl is way too strong and dangerous for a beginner opioid user though so i wouldnt recommend that. For a begginer user I'd say start with something mild as tramadol or codeine.
