The first and primary definition of male physical attractiveness given in the bible is Chad height:
1 Samuel 9:1
Now there was a man of Benjamin whose name was Kish the son of Abiel, son of Zeror, son of Becorath, son of Aphiah, son of a Benjaminite, a valiant mighty man. 2 He had a son whose name was Saul, a young and handsome man, and there was not a more handsome man than he among the sons of Israel; from his shoulders and up he was taller than any of the people.
King David who was chosen by God to bless Israel was handsome:
1 Samuel 16:12
And he sent, and brought him in. Now he was ruddy, and withal of a beautiful countenance, and goodly to look to. And the Lord said, Arise, anoint him: for this is he.
(the word "ruddy" here means red hair.)
You can judge people based on their outward expressions:
Sirach 19:30
A man's attire, and excessive laughter, and gait, shew what he is.
("gait" means a way of walking)
