It's all about using stealth instead of being Rambo. Bosses have their weakness, for example you can damage Vamp when he is swimming with chaff and regular grenades.

same, I use a fan to cool me off but the room temp is around 30 C and not budging

I have to be strategical with when I keep my windows and shutters open
