The pain you get when you train a muscle really hard after not training said muscle for a while

What is your recommended set bro

i just do it until failure for a few sets. reps are usually over 20 per set

every post youve made in this thread has been retarded. recommending neck bridges after mentioning spine pain takes the cake

ive been doing a few sets of neck extensions, then i do the 'looking side to side' after my neck is already tired. both left and right get trained in the same set. not claiming that this is an ideal way to train, it's just the method i'm currently using

neck curls seem fine if youre not worried about getting a double chin from them. i've heard that theyre good for posture as well.

this guy copied my technique

it's ridiculous how much better russian fitness youtube is. western equivalent is some soyboy making a vid like "i trained neck for 2 days and THIS is what happened!" and somehow getting 10 million views

ive increased it noticeably within the last few months using your technique but on the forehead not back of head. sin suggested this and it seems good so far. big front neck muscles is the goal

gained half an inch, which is pretty lame, although i have been on very small calorie deficit. majority of gains came suddenly in the past couple weeks - either from starting to do neck-bridge type exercise, or from training twice per week (or both)
