So I'll have 5 years to accumulate wealth
From a job, trading and side hustles
While in university I will work on le skillz as well continue trading ( currently I hold some stocks but I am looking into crypto market for making bigger gains on a 24/7 market.
By the time I am 30, I want to have at least 5 million RM ( ~ 1 million EUR )
Then I will look to purchase some small house in the countryside. The place I will reside will also have some land that not me directly but my Dad owns. Agricultural land ( some empty, some already growing certain fruits for commercial purposes ), one small house and one very nice and large house.
The small one is just really run down. Was built a way long time ago and it's filled with moldy wooden furniture. It's cramped as fuck because it was designed for 1900s Malayans ( Midgets pretty much ) so I have to crouch in a lot of spaces. Overall feels claustrophobic but renovating and selling it should do.
The bigger one I think will be transferred to my uncle after my grandmother passes. Nothing is set in stone but if I express concern in living there, just maybe the family will sway towards transferring the house to me ( Everyone else in my family has moved to the city or migrated abroad so post my grandmother's eventual passing, someone will take that house. )
5 million RM is probably enough to start a convenience store chain or some restaurant as well as live a very ascetic lifestyle for a long time. Since I'm getting into CS, I could hope to secure remote work or freelancing or something if I can pull that off.
