If you have bronchitis or pneumonia they'll likely give you oxygen therapy and cycle through some antibiotics. 

If that doesn't help and your infection doesn't lessen then they'll eventually have to do surgery to remove fluid buildup. I'm not familiar with the bleeding edge stuff found in Europa but here it's a traditional tap hole and leak the fluid out through the thoracic cavity
