For example if you are forced to go out and buy cat food every damn week, waste your gas + time + money just to feed your pet, you are a slave
same with dogs, if u dont live in wild environment, give up on these animals. u should be able to make your dog run after a bison or your cat just eat birds in the forest
but if you own spider or some lizard or frog, then u can just make the food at home with insect farms and such like this. so u never have to go outside, u just hit the local field and collect all insects in a couple hours then u can breed them to give ur frog or whatever for the next years
this is difference between slave pet vs real pet.
