Externally, he has this circular rashes all over his body 

Maybe internally too because a while back he got nosebleeds and has bronchitis. This is not confirmed though, just my hunch. 

It doesn't help that he does MMA, constantly sweating in those shitty plastic clothes and going to that disgusting gym where there are puddles ( exaggeration but wet mats basically ) of sweat on the floor, whose creation can be attributed to 15ish different people.
