Sometimes when everyone is busy concentrating on their work to submit it to the lecturers

I stare off into the distance and pretend like I am counting or sometimes drawing with my fingers

I mutter some words with my lips a little, it's usually just garbage.

And then if someone asks me if I am okay, I make sure to delay a little before responding to them

Just so that they think I am some sort of genius savant.
