Got fed up with games tbh so I'd have a hard time listing any as a favorite. For having stood out to me so much, I'm gonna say prince of persia 2008 and BioShock infinite had really great artwork.
Especially prince of persia, I was thinking about that game for long time after I stopped playing.

And yes, Prince of persia 2008 art style is amazing and the soundtrack is just beautiful. That game was way too ahead of his time back in 2008.
