So the average guy here ends up in either front office jobs where they try to sell products or equity.
Back office jobs deal with risk management, cash flow of the institute and monitor markets.
If I make it big though, I have a chance to become a full blown economist. Drafting policies and regulations for a major company/institution.
You have to be a cut above the rest for these types of positions though, and companies prefer to work with that gem long term. Openings are usually only open when the previous guy leaves and it's super competitive.
