obviously not jfl, good thing is u dont need much protein in first place. if you eat non meat for protein u should pair it up with complimentary too, since they arent fully complete and usually lack at least couple amino acids.
say if you eat 100g(upper limit of not blowing ur kidneys) 50 from meat/milk products and 50 from else is perfectly fine.
