the time period between middle and high school was one of the most solid years of my life. last time i felt genuine happiness. if a genie granted me 3 wishes, one of them would be to start my school years over with what i know today. i really did take it for granted and as much as I kept the persona of "i hate school" then like every other kid, i enjoyed it. obviously, i'm not talking about the learning/sitting in class part but the environment it provides -- always being surrounded by peers who are your age, oblivious and still learning about the world, ...
some things i would have done differently
some things i would have done differently
- should have never entered AP (advanced placement) classes. i had difficulty relating with the kids who were more dedicated to their studies and should have stayed in regular classes with students who fooled around more and were much more interesting
- should have participated in more athletics and been more involved in events
- i'd focus more of my attention on exploring more diverse interests instead of just learning the bullshit taught in the classrooms
- should have went less
- made more initiatives towards teen love
