My uncle was a lifelong vegetarian and grew to 6ft3 with decent muscle tone 

All genetics, diet will help but jfl at thinking it's makes that much of a difference.

As long as you eat enough + it isn't rat piss then you're good. 

I've seen people blaming their manletism or bloat on other forums, saying they need 65 percent protein split or whatever

Chad doesn't know what the fuck a macro split is
