going to med school
#1
struggling to find meaning in this world. i already have a boat load of money after my father died and his living trust, but there's nothing else to buy...

might as well challenge myself and invest some time into something that'll keep me occupied and make some contributions to society. a field that is high stress, fast-paced, as i've always thrived in chaotic environments.

initially studied finance and econ -- a bunch of useless theory. then CS but not geeky about tech in general. it was always law school or med school from the start, but i'm pivoting towards med. either pathologist/medical examiner or surgeon

anyone else studying to become a doctor?

a great use of your life, wish you well

couldn't agree more on finance/econ btw. they use mathematics to justify their theories but the conclusion is always decided in advance, and the mathematics manipulated to "fit" the conclusion. total nonsense fields.

it's the best 'education' period

'education', as in, spending the entire time socialising/partying because i did an extremely easy, low effort degree (history) and didn't waste my time stemceling. mirin' med school students spending 300k to still be in debt for the rest of their life. university is an excuse to fuck pussy, so going to university for any other reason is a waste of time.

feel bad for anyone who missed out on it.

lets be honest, you're not going to med school. and if med school is the best idea you currently have, then it's completely over for you (shouldnt have to explain why)
