Just wake up at 4:30AM every day. 

No matter who you are, you'd have to be a retard to at least not get some productive shit done at this time. And it will help regulate your sleep schedule too and make you get to bed earlier.

sounds physiologically stressful unless you are going to bed at 1930 to get 9 hrs of sleep (6 sleep cycles)

Sounds like a good idea, however you'd have to go to bed very early, which most of us wouldn't be able to do... Unfortunately above all me [Image: happy0194.gif] . I also drink too much coffee [Image: sad0049.gif] .

You're awake approximately 17 hours per day regardless when you wake up. Why would it matter if it's at 4:30 AM?
