He would have a double bed with 2 pillows but have me sleep on a ranch bed with a flat styrofoam-in-a-bag type pillow. 

Idk, this feels like gypsy antics to me. Leaves space for a few to be assumed.

I can relate. Never in my life have I slept on a quality bed,  usually I was relegated to cough pillows laid out when I stayed at friends houses. But I suppose that's luxury compared to sleeping on a plank of wood which is what im doing now

What are houses like in Greece anyway? Do most people opt for 4000 square foot cardboard monstrosities like in America, or they mostly quaint little dwellings?
