@hurt this is what I’m essentially doing rn
Only eating 1 satiating meal from 6 pm to 10 pm and walking like 15k steps (that’s not a problem since I easily hit 10k and only need to walk like a 5k extra), my goal is 20k minimum a day
And yeah hitting the gym too of course but only 3 days for now since I don’t have time but I’ll bump it up to 5-6 soon
